Condominium Association Management

Son-Rise provides both Condominium Association Management and Homeowners Association Management services.  We take great pride in serving the best interests of our communities by providing excellent customer service and ensuring our associations are compliant with federal and state laws, as well as the Washington Condominium Act of 1990.

Our condominium management division consists of our President, Joan Sova, who has over 20 years of management experience and is a current member of the Community Association Institute, an accredited national organization dealing with condominium development.  Stephanie Lewis, our Condominium Manager, has been with Son-Rise since 2006 and is very experienced in operations of Condominium Management.
